The Roush Mustang for sale is a supercharged modern American muscle car. In 1995, Jack Roush, a Ford engineer in the 1960’s, created Roush Performance products. In 1997, Roush introduced a series of street-legal, high-performance Mustang Variants: Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. Each subsequent series of Roush Supercharged Mustangs has been equipped with increasingly powerful aftermarket engines and exhaust systems.
The 2019 Stage 1 Roush Mustang: 310 HP 2.3L I4 Engine is a turbocharged version of the Ford Mustang GT. Elements of Roush’s signature racing enhancements include a high-performance exhaust system with an upgraded intake that delivers a bit of extra noise and power under the hood. Stage 1 Mustangs are marked with a distinctive “1” on the grill along with additional graphics and sporty details like door and window scoops and flashy spoilers.
Next in the lineup is the even more powerful and track-ready Stage 2 Roush Mustang. Its 460 HP 5.0L V8 Engine is engineered for optimal grip and cornering including the standard One-Way Coilover Suspension system and custom-designed Roush-exclusive Quicksilver Cast 20-Inch Wheels with Continental ExtremeContact™ Sport Tires.
