The Ford was bought new in Belgium and has always been part of the collection of a family that owns a Ford dealership. Before the Second World War they mainly sold bicycles and cars, and after the War they always sold cars and tractors. The Ford has been restored in the past and has driven only about 12,000 km since the restoration. The Ford has always been well maintained and is in good optical and technical condition. The Ford V8 Deluxe Fordor Sedan is powered by a 3.6 ltr. V8 engine with 3-speed manual transmission.

The first thing you notice when you see this Ford V8 Deluxe Fordor Sedan is its imposing chrome grille, wavy bumper and beautiful headlights. The dark grey paint looks very good on the Ford and makes the chrome pop. All steel 1940 Deluxe Convertible (Ford in a Ford).  Smooth Running Flat Head V8, single carb, three speed manual transmission on the column, stock rear end and drum brakes. Interior is a rich maroon with matching carpets, finished trunk. Original dash and gauges. Exterior is an arrow straight body with black finish with outstanding chrome and stainless. Fender skirts not shown on car but will come with purchase.  Like new convertible top. New Coker wide white walls with chrome beauty rings and wire wheels. Former AACA regional award winner that drives excellent!
